We understand that students are usually on a budget, so you will find that our special Student Movers offers make your student move more affordable when the time comes to leave your dorm or apartment after the semester is over. We have created two different Student Moving Programs:
Xpress Students Move - Student moves from one location to another on the same day. You may want to consider sharing your student moving services moving costs with your current or future roommates by reserving one move on the same day. You don't all need to move out of or into the same location in order to save money - just by scheduling one move with multiple stops, you will save on travel time to and from our office, and also receive a larger student moves discount for our student moving services.
Students Summer Storage Move - Moving to storage for few months while on vacation or participating in a student exchange program and need to move their goods out to a new location a few months (or more). You may consider moving into storage with your friends or roommates and moving out of storage at the same time to receive bigger student moving services student movers discounts.
Student Moving Tips
If you are operating on a limited budget, you may consider renting a truck for a Do-It-Yourself Student Move, but it is always helpful to have some free advice and assistance from the Xpress-Student Movers to help you coordinate the student moving process. Finding a friend to share your moving van is a good way to cut down on moving expenses and give you a hand with moving the large or difficult objects. Make sure to reserve your moving van a few weeks prior to your move, especially if you are moving during the last few days of the month. We also offer Overnight Storage Service for our customers for a small fee. Our experience shows, that the Student Movers Services are mostly booked in the weeks around September 1st.
